The interview itself is very conversational. Adcom is friendly and attentive. Focused on firstly extracurricular activities during college, and then career goals. Expressed some concerns for CG (I aim for a career switch) and then switched to professional experiences. Asked some behavioral questions in between, but most of the questions were very straightforward, nothing out of the blue. Also adcom asked some questions about my family background and a career gap. Offered a time for me to ask questions and gave detailed answers. As a whole, the interview was a great experience and successfully makes IESE more attractive to me.
