The following UCLA Anderson interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!

Hello! I did a Round 2 Interview with a second-year student over Skype. I think the interview was extremely relaxed because I knew that I had already got into a couple schools. It seemed quite short, and it only last about 25 minutes or so. They did a brief introduction about the interview process and what it is was meant to do. I couldn’t make it to LA, so Skype was the best option. I usually prefer in-person, but it went well.

The questions seemed typical of all of the MBA interviews that I had been doing. They often are looking for fit, so pull in some information from the website during the interview…clearly showing that you know what you are talking about.

Questions:

Tell me about yourself… so I went over my résumé.
What do you now and what do you want to do in the future?
How does Anderson fit into those goals?
Talk about an experience that you shows your leadership.
How will contribute to the community?
What do you like to do for fun?
Is there anything that you want the AdComm to know?
Do you have any questions for me?

Great interview, great experience, but as mentioned it went more comfortably because I already knew that I got into other schools so that took the pressure off!

Good Luck to all! It isn’t too hard 😀
