Pretty straight forward interview which I was invited to after being waitlisted without interview.
Was a skype interview with member of adcom and was blind interview (only had seen my résumé).
Standard questions:
• Why MBA? Why now? Why Marshall?
• Short / Long Term goals
• Team-work experiences / anecdotes
• How would your peers/colleagues describe you?
• Examples of leadership in the workplace
Gave me about 5-10 minutes to ask any questions/follow-ups I had and then proceeded to inform me of how the rest of the waitlist process will shake out and approximate timeline for a decision.
I thought the interview was very straightforward but more conversational in tone that others I had previously done. No real surprises as I had already done interviews with about 7 other schools.
