If you applied to MIT Sloan School of Management in Round 2, listen up. According to a blog post today from Admissions Director Dawna Levenson, MIT Sloan Round 2 interview invites will go out in two waves, one on February 22nd and a second on March 1st.

“Thank you to all of our Round 2 MBA applicants!” Levenson wrote as introduction. “I know how much time and effort goes into completing each part of the application. Thank you for sharing your accomplishments, experiences and introduction to your future classmates with us.”

Interview invites will go out via email by 3 p.m. on each of those two dates, she continued. “Applicants who aren’t invited to interview will also be notified by 3 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 1st,” she added.

If you do receive an invitation to interview, you’ll have the option of interviewing on campus or in any of a range of cities around the world. “Applicants who opt to come to campus for their interview will be able to sit in on a class and meet current students,” Levenson wrote. “No matter where you interview, one of our goals is to help you walk away with a better sense of what it means to be an MIT Sloan MBA student.”

She also shared that she and her team continue to revisit the applications of all candidates who were waitlisted in Round 1 for consideration in Round 2. Finally, everyone who interviews in Round 2 will hear final decisions by Tuesday, April 3rd.

Of course, MBALiveWire will light up in late February and again in early March with MIT Sloan applicants reporting their invites. And if there are any snags or delays in the release, reports of those will surely surface on LiveWire as well.

If you’re feeling optimistic about your chances of receiving an invitation to interview, why not start preparing now? Levenson herself shared a number of tips for approaching the MIT Sloan interview in a post in Round 1: MBA Round 1 Interview Insights post. The Clear Admit MIT Sloan Interview Guide also can give you an important head start. It’s packed with vital, up-to-date interview preparation guidance, including commonly asked questions and advice on how to form strategy around the post-interview leg of the process. Finally, the Clear Admit Interview Archive also offers a repository of more than 2,000 applicant-submitted details about the MBA interview process, including many specifically about MIT Sloan.

Good luck!
