ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCE
Members of Clear Admit’s team have worked in admissions offices at several of the top MBA programs, such as Wharton, Columbia, Chicago Booth and Tuck (Dartmouth). As admissions officers, they have reviewed hundreds of applications, participated in key admissions committee decisions, and represented their schools at MBA forums, conferences and informational sessions. Our methodology thus incorporates vital insights into how the admissions process works and what the admissions committee looks for: insights that enable Clear Admit’s clients to anticipate how they will be perceived and to present themselves in the most advantageous way.

INSIDE INFORMATION
In addition to firsthand admissions office experience, Clear Admit maintains relationships with admissions officers at over 50 top business schools. Some of these relationships were cultivated during our team members’ tenures as admissions officers, but Clear Admit continues to establish connections with current b-school staff. This allows us to maintain awareness of the current trends and policies at each of the top programs.

Admissions officers have also consistently reached out to Clear Admit. For four consecutive years, Clear Admit has been invited to participate in panel discussions at the annual GMAC conference, an exclusive industry event for business school admissions officers. Further, schools like Tuck, Yale, Harvard, Wharton, MIT, Chicago, Kellogg, NYU and Columbia have hosted Clear Admit staff at informational on-campus events for influential members of the admissions space.

APPLICANT PERSPECTIVE
Clear Admit’s team members have applied and gained admission to several of the top 10 business schools – including Harvard, Stanford, Chicago Booth, Wharton, and Columbia. As a result, our Admissions Counselors have an intricate understanding of what is required to actually complete a successful business school application. Our methodology is designed not only to help our clients gain acceptance to their target schools, but also to guide them in skillfully navigating the process of applying.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Rather than bouncing clients around from consultant to consultant on a school-by-school basis, Clear Admit pairs each applicant with a single Admissions Counselor through the entire application process. The result is that each client receives consistent advice that is informed by a deep knowledge of his or her background and application plan. Our approach allows us to begin with your profile, helping you tailor your message to each individual school rather than treating you as just another applicant to a given program.

Further, our Admissions Counselors are actually full-time team members of Clear Admit – not independent contractors moonlighting as admissions experts on evenings and weekends. Each year, our Admissions Counselors take on a limited number of clients, affording a high level of availability and attention to clients during each round and around each deadline.

STRONG WRITING/EDITING SKILLS
Our founders and consultants have the years of professional writing and editing experience necessary to offer applicants high quality essay editing services. Each member of the Clear Admit team has developed strong writing skills through rigorous programs at highly-ranked liberal arts colleges and Ivy League universities such as Princeton, Yale and Swarthmore. Moreover, our team’s experience in speechwriting, public relations, academic editing, and journalism has equipped us to work with people of various backgrounds and communication styles. Among the top firms in these fields that our consultants have worked for are: McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Reuters News Service, The National Basketball Association, and Ogilvy & Mather.

RECOGNIZED EXPERTISE
Clear Admit is frequently called upon to comment on MBA admissions in the media. In addition to being regularly quoted in publications like the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, US News, the Economist and Chronicle of Higher Education, several members of the Clear Admit team have appeared in live chat events hosted by BusinessWeek Online, offering advice and information to MBA applicants. Clear Admit co-founder Graham Richmond was invited to participate in the Economist Online MBA Fair as an expert on the b-school application process, and has also appeared in an MBA Podcaster feature on admissions consultants.

BUSINESS SCHOOL FOCUS
Clear Admit focuses on business school admissions, as opposed to other consultancies that also offer GMAT prep or cater to those applying to undergraduate programs or other fields. Our clients benefit from this emphasis on the MBA admissions space, which translates into deeper knowledge and an extensive array of client-only guides and resources. A quick review of our blog showcases the extent to which Clear Admit is at the forefront of MBA admissions strategy.

MEMBERSHIP IN AIGAC
All of Clear Admit’s counselors are verified members of the Association of International Graduate School Admissions Consultants (www.aigac.org).
