* Clear Admit reserves the right to use User essays for educational purposes only provided that no personally identifying information (e.g., name, social security number, place of work, place of education) will be contained in the materials. At any time, Users may request in writing that Clear Admit not use their materials as specified above. Upon receipt of such notice, Clear Admit will cease using such materials.
* The site does not use cookies. Clear Admit will not provide or sell email or street addresses to any third parties except as necessary to provide the services requested by the User.
Use of the Internet and the site is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations, and although Clear Admit has taken steps to create a secure and reliable site, the confidentiality of any communications or materials transmitted through the site cannot be guaranteed. Users and customers submit essays, resumes and other materials and information at your own risk. Further, Users agree to hold Clear Admit harmless from any academic, administrative, criminal, or civil proceedings.

If a User or customer is rejected by a graduate school or professional program, the customer has no legal recourse against Clear Admit even if Clear Admit was advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNITY
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Clear Admit, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, managers, members, officers,employees, agents and other representatives harmless from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out User's use of Clear Admit services, User’s use of this site, User's violation of the TOS, or User’s violation of any rights of a third party.

PRICE CHANGE POLICY
Prices for Clear Admit’s services are subject to change without notice.

REFUND POLICY
Clear Admit will not refund the purchase price of any editing service under any circumstance.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE AND SERVICE
Clear Admit may change this TOS from time to time at its sole discretion. Clear Admit also reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its services with or without notice to the User. The User agrees that Clear Admit shall not be liable to User or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of its services.

Permission to use the information on this site is granted subject to the following conditions:

* User may view or download material from this site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided User abides by all copyright and other proprietary notices.
* User may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute material (including code and software) from this site in any way.
