TEAM
FOUNDERS
The founders of Clear Admit have used their extensive
admissions experience to form the best admissions consulting team in the
field.
ELIOT INGRAM, Co-Founder
Eliot Ingram has spent over eight years in the field of MBA admissions.
In 1994, Mr. Ingram helped launch MBA Multi-App and Law Multi-App, which
quickly became the leading software for applying to business schools and
law schools. In his senior management role, Mr. Ingram built strong relationships
with admissions officers at the top 50 business schools and top 50 law
schools in the US. He also gained exposure to tens of thousands of MBA
and law applicants which allowed him to develop a strong understanding
of the admissions process from both sides of the marketplace.
Mr. Ingram left Multi-App in order to complete an MBA from the Wharton
School. After graduating from Wharton in 1999, Mr. Ingram formed a consulting
firm advising early stage technology companies on their marketing and
business development strategies. In late 2001, Mr. Ingram co-founded Clear
Admit with Graham Richmond. For the past six years at Clear Admit, Mr.
Ingram’s combination of admissions expertise, marketing experience
and editing skills has enabled him to help hundreds of applicants to gain
admission to top MBA programs
Mr. Ingram holds a BA in Economics & Political Science from Swarthmore
College and an MBA from the Wharton School.
GRAHAM RICHMOND, Co-Founder
Graham Richmond has spent over ten years in the field of MBA admissions.
He began his career in the mid 1990’s with MCS Multi-App, an educational
software startup offering application software products to business school
applicants and admissions officers. In his role as Vice President of Marketing
and Operations for the company, Mr. Richmond built industry alliances
with organizations like Business Week and the Princeton Review, and assisted
tens of thousands of MBA applicants.
Mr. Richmond left his post at MCS Multi-App to pursue
an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. While
there, he worked as a student admissions officer. In this capacity, he
reviewed and rated hundreds of applications and attended weekly admissions
committee decision meetings. Upon graduation from Wharton, he joined the
Wharton Admissions Committee and helped to redesign the school’s
admissions process while representing the program at conferences and forums
in the United States and Europe.
After leaving the Wharton admissions office, Graham
Richmond co-founded Clear Admit with Mr. Ingram. Clear Admit has since
helped thousands of MBA applicants find success in the MBA admissions
process - earning a reputation as the leader in the admissions consulting
field. Mr. Richmond has subsequently been interviewed by the Wall Street
Journal, The Economist, The Chronicle of Higher Education and Business Week and he has
also been invited to moderate discussions on several MBA-admissions themed
web sites.
Mr. Richmond holds a BA in Art History from Swarthmore
College and an MBA from the Wharton School.

years after receiving her MBA, evaluating thousands of applications, conducting
applicant interviews, and helping to promote ties within the Wharton alumni

Since leaving CBS, she has worked as an independent consultant advising individuals applying to MBA and undergraduate programs on all elements of the admissions process.
Ms. Maerowitz has worked in the education space since 1997. Prior to her work at Columbia, she served as legislative counsel for a member of Congress, where she focused on education issues, and served as the staff representative for the Congressional Children's Caucus.
