Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs
Welcome to this year’s first round-up of what’s happened on Twitter among the top MBA programs in Twitter Thursdays! Amidst gearing up for the Round 2 deadline, The Assistant Dean of UCLA Anderson MBA Admissions & Financial Aid, Mae Jennifer Shores, hosted an online information session for prospective students this week. Jon Fuller, the Senior Associate Director of Admissions at the Ross School of Business, wished the best to Round 2 applicants and celebrated Ann Arbor’s ranking as an innovative city. Across the pond, the MBA Admissions Coordinator at Cambridge / Judge, James Barker, marked the Round 3 deadline this week and announced forthcoming Open Days on campus. Bob Bruner, the Dean of the Darden School of Business, took advantage of the holiday season by stopping in New York City to visit some Darden friends.
The admissions committee at MIT / Sloan is getting ready to sift through Round 2 applications. Meanwhile, Chicago Booth has set up some chats with current students to share some insight into life on campus. London Business School also shared a Q&A series for those contemplating pursuing an MBA. In regards to current student activity, The Johnson School will be dedicating a fair amount of its feed to the 60 students that are exploring global business in Turkey this week. Duke / Fuqua sent some students to California this week to visit local companies and mingle with alumni.
