Twitter Thursdays: News from MBA Programs

It’s time again for another edition of Twitter Thursdays, in which we track some of the latest “tweets” from the top MBA programs on Twitter.  If you want your Twitter feed filled with Clear Admit’s updates, special prizes, admissions tips and breaking news, be sure to follow us on Twitter.   You can also check out the list of MBA programs we’ve compiled to ease your daily access to breaking news from the top MBA programs, as reported by admissions committee members themselves.

The Admissions Director at Cornell / Johnson, Christine Sneva, posted the school’s answer to the question, “Can Women Have It All?”  The Dean of Darden School of Business, Bob Bruner, shared his latest blog post, “Mission and Integrity.”  Over in Istanbul, Jim Dean, the Dean of UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, spoke at the European Foundation for Management Development.  MBA Admissions Coordinator at Judge Business School, James Barker, also traveled a bit to Madrid for the Access MBA event and panel discussion.

It’s been a busy week for recruiting at The Tuck School, as they rolled through different businesses daily.  In addition to sharing news from its Polsky Center, Chicago Booth plugged their Industry Treks.  With the Super Bowl coming up on Sunday, professors from The Kellogg School will be chiming in on effective and relevant ads.  Meanwhile, a visiting professor at Harvard Business School has looked at the analytical capabilities of the two competing teams – the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers.

Thanks for checking out Twitter Thursdays this week!  If you’re on Twitter or want to suggest someone else to follow, let us know; e-mail [email protected] with your user name and status as an MBA applicant, student or admissions officer so we can add you to the appropriate Twitter list.  Happy tweeting and we’ll see you next week with some more updates!
