Rich Lyons, the Dean of the Haas School of Business, reported on application volume increase and the goals of an education at Haas. Amidst his heavy reading, the Dean of the Darden School of Business, Bob Bruner, led a webinar on seeking growth. Meanwhile, the Dean of UCLA / Anderson, Judy Olian, posted a pic of Anderson alumni and current students working at Google. Conrad Chua, the Head of Marketing and Admissions at Cambridge / Judge, continued sharing the progress and lessons of a pair of alumni that may be the first to row the length of the Amazon River.
Chicago Booth is gearing up to meet and greet prospective MBA students in Madrid, Paris, Milan and London next week. INSEAD marked the beginning of recruitment season with a look at skills employers seek. Knowing how stressful the admissions process can be, Duke / Fuqua passed on some tips for prospective MBA students. With a slew of cities lined up, Columbia Business School posted a lot of links to register for their On the Road MBA Information Sessions.
