In this weekly series, we provide a brief rundown of what we know is happening in the week ahead, as far as admissions related MBA deadlines and decisions are concerned at the top business schools.
Post-holiday application deadlines, which for most schools were Round 2 deadlines, have now passed for all the schools that we cover.
This upcoming week will be quiet in terms of any specific deadlines, but some MBA Programs have now started to release interview invites. At the end of last week Michigan / Ross released a number of invites that were reported on MBA LiveWire. They will release a second batch in a couple of weeks.
A number of other schools have also started to release their invites according to reports on MBA LiveWire, these include UCLA Anderson, Yale SOM, UNC Kenan-Flagler, IU Kelley, CMU / Tepper, Emory / Goizueta and Georgetown / McDonough.
Looking ahead, most activity will focus on interview invites over the next 2-3 weeks, then in the month of February we will see many early round deposit deadlines transpire for Round 1 candidates, beginning February 1. If you have finalized your decision regarding where you plan to enroll, please visit our new feature: MBA DecisionWire and share your story, anonymously, with your fellow candidates.
For those of you waiting for interview invites, or simply wanting to get the latest “buzz” in terms of what is going on, check out MBA LiveWire to stay on top of real-time MBA admissions decisions.
That’s all for this week! Good luck to everyone!
