In this weekly series, we provide a brief rundown of what we know is happening in the week ahead, as far as admissions related MBA deadlines and decisions are concerned at the top business schools.
Interview invites for Round 2 applicants continue to roll out for many of the schools we cover, as reported on MBA LiveWire. Last week we saw multiple invites for schools including U. Chicago / Booth, CMU / Tepper, Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business, Oxford / Saïd, UCLA Anderson, and Yale SOM. This upcoming week this will continue, with Harvard Business School leading the way with its second and final batch of interview invites and London Business School releasing their interview invite decisions. Cornell / Johnson and Stanford also have round 1 deposit deadlines.
Monday, February 1, UNC / Kenan Flagler is scheduled to release final decisions for its Round 2 candidates. Reports on MBA LiveWire over the weekend suggest that many have already received a phone call with their news. It is also the Round 1 deposit deadline for Cornell / Johnson.
Wednesday, February 3, Harvard Business School is scheduled to release its second batch of interview invites. London Business School is also scheduled to release their interview invite decisions. During Round 1, London Business School released decisions early, so this may be repeated.
Thursday, February 4, Duke / Fuqua is scheduled to release their interview invite decisions by this date. It is also the Round 1 deposit deadline for Stanford GSB.
