In this weekly series, we provide a brief rundown of what we know is happening in the week ahead, as far as admissions-related MBA deadlines and decisions are concerned at the top business schools.
Interview invites for Round 2 applicants continued to roll out last week for some of the schools we cover, as reported on MBA LiveWire, particularly MIT Sloan and Stanford GSB.
This upcoming week we will likely see a few more interview invites, although the focus for most schools now is the interview itself. A couple of schools have Round 4 application deadlines; there are also a couple of deposit deadlines as well as final decision releases from earlier rounds.
Tuesday, March 8, Berkeley / Haas has its Round 1 deposit deadline. Stanford GSB is scheduled to release those who are not invited to interview.
Friday, March 11, IESE is scheduled to release decisions for its Round 2 applicants. Dartmouth / Tuck is scheduled to release its decisions for its January Round candidates. Emory / Goizueta is scheduled to release its Round 3 decisions for international students and has a Round 4 application deadline. UNC Kenan Flagler has a Round 4 application deadline.
Saturday, March 12, UCLA Anderson has its Round 1 deposit deadline.
For those who are submitting their deposits for their Round 1 schools, please access MBA DecisionWire and share your story, anonymously. More than 250 decisions have been submitted. You can also use the “filter” function to see how decisions are made for the programs you are targeting.
For those of you waiting for interview invites and for final decisions, or simply wanting to get the latest “buzz” in terms of what is going on, check out MBA LiveWire to stay on top of real-time MBA admissions decisions.
That’s all for this week! Good luck to everyone!
