Notre Dame / Mendoza MBA Recommendation Questions

The Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame uses the “Common Letter of Recommendation” shared by many business schools. Letters of recommendation are required from two individuals who can objectively comment on your academic and professional achievements, and whose experience with you can show how you will engage in Notre Dame’s commitment to ethics and the idea of business as a force of good in the world. Recommendations from friends and family are not accepted. The Notre Dame MBA recommendation questions for the Class of 2026 are below.

Section 2

In this section, you will find 12 competencies and character traits that contribute to successful leadership. The competencies and character traits are grouped into five categories:
