MBA applicants to MIT Sloan now have a few more days to submit their application materials, as the school has extended their Round 2 MBA deadline to Friday, January 24th, 3:00 p.m. EST. Their original Round 2 MBA deadline was January 21st.
MIT Sloan contacted prospective applicants with the news this morning. The e-mail read:
“Due to an earlier system outage with our application portal, we have extended our Round 2 MBA application deadline to Friday, January 24th at 3:00 p.m. EST.
“Please submit all application components by Friday in order to be considered in our Round 2 applicant pool. If you are experiencing any additional technical difficulties, please send us an email.
“We look forward to receiving your application!
“Best, MIT Sloan Admissions”
Sloan also noted the change on their MBA application page. For the 2019-2020 admissions season, MIT Sloan joins a few other schools that have extended their Round 2 deadlines, albeit in slightly different ways and for different reasons.
