Very direct interview style, without a lot of conversation. I was surprised at how abruptly we sent from one question to the next. The interviewer became much more conversational after I began asking my questions near the end of our interview.
Her questions included:
1) Why Ross; 2) Why MBA; 3) Why now; 4) Tell me about a time you made a decision with very little information; 5) Tell me about a time when you influenced a team with one of your strengths; 6) Tell me about a time when you had to give feedback to someone who didn’t take it well; 7) If time and money weren’t an issue, what would you do; 8) Tell me about a time when you had to change your approach due to cultural differences.
