Interview questions:
– Why is an MBA right for you at this point in your career?
– Why Ross?
– Tell me about a time you dealt with something that changed unexpectedly.
– Tell me about a time you had to motivate your peers (follow-up: how did you deal with push-back on this).
– Tell me about a time you received negative feedback (from either a superior or a report).
– Tell me about a time you worked with someone with a different upbringing than you (and follow up questions).
Interview lasted 40 minutes. 25 minutes for above questions and 15 minutes for my questions to interviewer. Overall very nice and conversational.
