The whole interview was ‘Tell me about yourself’ with follow up questions in between that gave direction to the narrative. The interview was blind so the interviewer didn’t have access to my application or resume. Questions included:

Why Darden?
What do you do in your current role at the moment?
There were no behavioral questions at all, but my story covered examples of leadership, teamwork, initiative, and extra curriculars. It was very conversational and friendly. There were no surprises and Darden is at the top of my list now.
