I’ve been putting off grad school for a long time because I don’t really want to take out the loans, but as I have been researching jobs that I’m interested in almost all of them say “MBA preferred“, so I feel like I need to seriously take steps toward this degree.

Having focused post MBA goals will serve you better in admissions, as well as during the MBA program? What is your longer term goal, ideally?

Showing impact and growth at work is very important, supported by strong recommendations. With 10 years of experience, you’ll also need to articulate “why now”, and you’re fit for the programs you’re targeting.

Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?
