One issue that stands out to me - beyond the need for clarity of goals - is your GRE result. While the 3.78 GPA will certainly help your academic profile in the admissions process, the 304 on the GRE is going to be nearly 20 points below the average at several of the schools on your list. I'd recommend a retake - with an aim to clear the 320 mark. This may also open up more doors for scholarship, since academic merit can be a driver in that domain.
Finally, I'm curious as to how you came up with your list of target schools. There is a nice range of admissions difficulty, but I am wondering if some programs here (and some you've left out) might be better for your goals - if those goals end up being in the healthcare/pharma/biotech domain.
Best of luck!
