Notes:

Semiconductor Engineer turned CX leader in SaaS. Working in mentoring and ERG space for the last 2.5 years advising fortune 500s , non-profits and NGOs on mentoring and deib strategy, while leading the India customer experience function (Level 5 certified Customer Success Manager). Planning to transition into product at an enterprise tech post MBA.

Outside work, I do pro-bono consulting for grassroots startups and mentor first-gen students from underserved communities. Actively involved with NGOs for disaster relief.

I haven't taken gmat yet and planning for R1.

I have just started gmat prep and my mock scores are falling between 615-635. Is it better to apply with gmat waiver given my undergrad gpa, professional certifications, and use of analytical skills at work or submit a gmat score of 615-635 (assuming that's what I score in the first official test). If i were to apply with waiver, what are the implications on admit and scholarship chances ?

Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
