alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1705 Applying with a rest waiver will limit your options, unfortunately. I’d really try to see if you can prep and take the test. Assume you can also gain a good, competitive, score? Ideally still do this and target the first rounds.

Showing impact and growth at work will be very important. Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?

Likes Earned: 1315 While I understand why you might argue that you need not take a standardized test (in light of your quantitative background), I would ask you to consider the following: how might the admissions committee look at other candidates with similar qualifications to yours who did take the time to take the test? Who would you give the extra scholarship dollars to? Who would you waitlist vs. admit outright? (And this doesn't take into account the fact that you are limiting your school selection, since many leading schools require a test.)

Another thing to consider: your career goals. They seem like they might need some refinement so that you can present a single, coherent path forward to the admissions team. In other words, is it consulting, banking, or tech? You list all three.
