Anon Likes Earned: 0 Odd, but would it make more sense to start your venture (if you have funding) and study an mba part time? Or will the opportunity for the venture always be there? Good mix of programs from a competitive standpoint. Cornell would seem especially interesting, with its hospitality focus. (0)

Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 Appreciate the response, to elaborate more, I was a liberal arts concentrate from a little ivy and pivoted into financial services after graduation. Want to use b-school not only as a launching pad/to better understand how to run a business, but to have my concept scrutinized by other entrepreneurs/harsh critics. My ideal game plan would be to do my summer internship with a McDonalds Corp, Starbucks, Wendy's, etc in a corp. strategy role to understand the intricacies of the food-hospitality space, especially given that my goal is to ultimately franchise....Any other thoughts would be much appreciated. Anon Likes Earned: 0 Very interesting, for sure. Your plan makes sense. I would apply to a few on these programs in round 1, then readjust your strategy, based on results, for round 2. Generally, for entrepreneurship, getting into the best program will provide you the best resources and network. (0)
