Very team focused: behavioral questions on working with teammates, what qualities constitute good leaders, how will I embody Team Fuqua. Very formal, mainly a Q&A format. Takeaway: Fuqua really does care about team environment, would recommend applicants brush up on stories that showcase those skills (collaboration, humility, communicative leadership, etc.).
