Any movement or thoughts from anyone? I'm seeing movement on all other M7 waitlists in the last ~3 weeks. Silence from Sloan....

Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 All those invites a couple pages back were on round three acceptance day. AKA- nothing since round three deposits or anything to fill in round three yield and drop offs that were just accepted to other M7 schools from their waitlists (0)

Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 The wave from a couple weeks back is from the round three acceptance day. If you look at it, it's a huge amount of waitlist admits (a couple with $$ which MIT themselves said during the WL chat is almost impossible) and maybe one (?) regular round three applicant. What this says to me is that their round three pool was weaker than expected. There's been no movement since that day to account for round three yield, and any accepted and deposited students that have dropped off to join a different M7 school...All this to say - I would imagine MIT still needs to dip into their waitlist this summer (0)

Sloan WL accepted student Likes Earned: 0 Can confirm that MIT AdCom will call you to see if you're still interested and whether you would pick Sloan. WL'd round 1 but got an offer! I put my decision on Decisionwire (0)

Accepted from MIT WL Likes Earned: 0 I got accepted from WL on May 17th (a bunch of people got in that day). I did not get a call beforehand gaging my interest. I had just sent one update email a month earlier. Got the call on the 17th with big $$ (0)

It's not a question of whether people have gotten in off the waitlist. We saw a bunch of examples of this happening on May 17th. I think people are more trying to get a read on what has happened since then. There only seems to be one person that claims to have heard something back between 5/17 and now. They're saying they heard sometime last week. Anyone else in that boat? (0)
