Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 Hasnt been any real movement since may 17th (round three decision day). In the waitlist chat Adcom said they can and historically have let people in as late as August (but internationals would essentially be done by mid-June.) I imagine there's still some hope for US waitlisters since MIT seems last to act among M7s (maybe a yield protection strategy). (0)

Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 Doesnt the fact that the number is "~10 more" tell you that this methodology for deciding if the class is "full" is off a bit? They'll release the waitlisters when the odds actually become zero. Until then the odds are tiny (as they always have been), but they arent zero (0)

Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 It looks like MIT has lost the elite school cross-admit yield battle a number of times in the last couple months (on decision wire). Imagine there will be a few people dropping out of the class based off this. (0)
