Do you guys communicate/send waitlist updates only through the waitlist update form? I've seen a lot of people sharing experiences about how they get off the waitlist by emails/communications with Adcom. Just wondering if emails are appropriate given the waitlist manual says to use the waitlist update form. It's frustrating though because with the waitlist form you don't get any response and don't even know if your message is received.
