anon71472 Likes Earned: 80 You have likely been waitlisted due to your international status and not much can be done about that. If anything, I would write to admissions and note that you will attend regardless of whether classes are held in person. USC is concerned about revenue generated from tuition and the tuition that you'd pay is not guaranteed compared to a U.S. citizen. (1)
