Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 Comments like the below are kinda irritating. Everyone's an intelligent adult here - i don't think anyone here is clinging to false hope or freaking out. For anyone on a waitlist, there is still a non-zero chance of getting in, which induces a natural level of anxiety, leading to these posts. By saying there is almost no chance, or consider yourself dinged, etc. - you aren't adding anything to the conversation. OP probably does consider himself dinged, and is no longer "dreaming" - but his/her question is a practical one and what this forum is for. It has been a long time since someone posted about Wharton - so why not ask. (0)

Fellow Wharton Waitlister Likes Earned: 0 There is a reason to remain hopeful if you're still on the waitlist. Wharton Student Likes Earned: 0 Wharton's class is basically filled up based on the alumni database. The reason that there are still people on the waitlist is that every year there are a few students who drop out before day 1 (either they don't pay the Fall semester bill or don't show up on campus). So, you will likely have to wait until late July (when Wharton has a better idea about who is not paying the Fall semester bill) before hearing back. (0)
