The Ohio State Fisher MBA deadlines for the 2025-2026 admissions season are presented in the table below.
The Ohio State Fisher College of Business is conducting its MBA application review process over the course of five rounds.
| Round | Application Deadline | Admissions Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Early | October 13, 2025 | November 14, 2025 |
| Round 1 | December 1, 2025 | January 16, 2026 |
| Round 2 | January 5, 2026 | March 6, 2026 |
| Round 3 | February 23, 2026 | April 10, 2026 |
| Final Round | April 25, 2026 | May 30, 2026 |
Candidates applying during the Early round are able to participate in Fall Preview Days, which are on-campus or virtual events typically offered in October and November. Students get a campus tour, connect with current students, meet career management and admissions, and have an opportunity to do a live interview. While scholarships are available in every round, the adcom does recommend that those looking to be considered for Ohio State Fellowship eligibility apply by Round 1. Round 3 is the recommended final deadline for international applicants.
What Do I Need to Submit by the Deadline?
A complete MBA application to Fisher comprises:
- Application data form
- Unofficial transcripts for all degree-related coursework (four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent required)
- GMAT or GRE score, unless the candidate has secured a test waiver
- A one-page resume (and/or LinkedIn url)
- Two reference contacts
- Essay response
- Video interview
- Application fee: $60 domestic, $70 international
Applicants who completed their undergraduate degrees at non-English-speaking institution are asked to have their records translated, and to submit the translation to the admissions office along with an official transcript.
Applicants may choose to either list their references or have Fisher admissions send an OPTIONAL electronic letter of recommendation request to each recommender. The adcom may contact the references during the admissions process. Requesting a recommendation is optional. The video interview does not take the place of the live interview. Once an application is started, applicants will receive an email invitation to complete the video interview. Although the school suggests completing the video interview within 2 weeks, the link will not expire. Via the Kira Talent platform, the video interview should only take 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
Live Interview
Live interviews are conducted on an invitation-only basis and are required to matriculate. The adcom conducts interviews in-person (recommended for domestic applicants) or online via Skype.

I'm an MiM candidate at Kellogg expected to matriculate in June 2026. I have an undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT. I will be joining DHL Consultings Americas office as a Mgmt Consultant post graduation from Kellogg.
My undergrad GPA is 7.38/10 and am expecting a 3.7+ from Kellogg at the time of applications.
I have a lot of internships ( 5+) at start-ups across various roles(strategy, marketing, Product Management, operations), industries and sizes. From dorm-room stage to unicorns. Also held multiple leadership roles during my time at college. Founded and headed two social initiatives on sustainability and women empowerment and informally mentored underclassmen from underrepresented backgrounds.
Plan to exit consulting soon into a start-up. Post MBA goal is investing ( not sure if VC/PE/Growth equity ). Longer term goal is entrepreneurship in India ( Inspired by family legacy and want to give back to country )
- No excuse for low GPA, I was simply didn't have the necessary drive or subject matter interest in school, was more interested in playing music and doing enough to graduate. Pursued that simultaneous to my conventional job for a few years after school and actually had a couple cool licensing deals with corporate brands but in last few years decided to focus on career.
- unfortunately had an illness at the end of last year that led to me have serious vision issues, being laid off and subsequently on disability for the first part of this year. Have since mostly recovered except for an operation I should be able to get next spring.
- volunteer leader for a high school ministry

Pre-MBA experience is five years of consulting at Deloitte, completing a variety of projects across core business operations, human capital, and strategy within the TMT industry.
