The Class Profile
ESCP’s Class of 2024 is comprised of 83 students. All of the members are international and 55 percent are women. ESCP does not report the average test scores for their incoming students. Prior to matriculating, new MBA candidates averaged six years of work experience. They matriculated at an average age of 30.
Application Procedures
The application requirements for ESCP include completing the school’s application form and submitting a copy of ID/passport, a CV in English, a professional reference, degree certificates, and college and graduate transcripts. Applicants must also report their GMAT/GRE/Tage Mage or equivalent scores and, when applicable, English language proficiency test scores. Interviews are required for admission, and ESCP holds interviews by invitation only, on campus and online.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English. Candidates who have studied and/or worked with English as a main language for a minimum of three years are exempt from this requirement. Three years of professional experience prior to applying is required for those who hold a 4-year degree or a master’s degree in any discipline. For those who hold a 3-year bachelor degree, they are required to have three years of professional experience prior to applying, along with submitting a VAPP (Validation of Acquired Professional and Personal Knowledge) application.

Academics
Faculty
ESCP has approximately 200 research-active professors representing over 43 nationalities across their campuses. The ESCP MBA program is principally taught by permanent faculty from more than 20 countries. All ESCP faculty members hold a doctorate, PhD or equivalent degree in management sciences, economics, law or social and human sciences.
Curriculum
Before the program begins, students partake in online onboarding in July and August to complete the following six prerequisites: Fundamental of Mathematics, Computer Science for business, Financial Accounting & International Reporting, Marketing, Economics, and Strategy. Core modules are taught over Period 1 in Paris or online (September-December) and Period 2 in Berlin, London, or online (January to May). Modules for the on-campus and online cohorts run simultaneously, and schedules for both are similar: comprising weekly synchronous classes as well as asynchronous learning. There are 9 core courses covering all the functional areas of Management,: Finance, Strategy & Organisation, Sustainability & Entrepreneurship, Data & Business, Economics, Financial & Managerial Accounting, Leadership & Team Building, Marketing and Operations Management. Students can take an optional module in French, German, or Spanish language. The program offers four specializations: Fintech & Innovation and Luxury, which are offered at the Turin campus, along with Consulting and Entrepreneurship offered at the Madrid campus. All specializations are available online. Specialization takes place in Period 3 (June-July) and is selected during Period 1, based on a student’s career goals.
Students complete a thesis, tied to their specialization, that incorporates what they have learned and experienced in the program.
Different teaching methods and schools of thought are encouraged at ESCP. Throughout the program, students participate in personal development workshops and activities to enhance their leadership potential. Topics include effective communication, leadership, negotiation, personal branding, and values.
The Company Consultancy Projects are a key element of the program that provides students with hands-on experience. Students work in teams of 5-6, and complete two of these projects across two countries during the program. The benefits include:

Campus Life
Clubs, Conferences & Competitions
ESCP students have a variety of opportunities to get involved with the school community. Welcome events are hosted at the official start of the MBA in September as well as at the start of each term period on the students’ respective campuses. Student life on each of the campuses is shaped by the initiatives and activities offered by some fifty clubs and associations which organize networking, and artistic and cultural events, political discussions, sports tournaments, social events, humanitarian activities, and more. Examples of student societies include: 180 Degrees Consulting ESCP, Women in Leadership Society, and the ESCP Finance Society. Some examples of events at ESCP include the ESCP Entrepreneurial Festivals, Global Entrepreneurs Week, and programming at the Blue Factory, ESCP’s European start-up incubator.

There is no on-campus housing provided for students. Due to the international nature of the program, many students move cities (and countries) every year, if not every semester. ESCP hosts an online platform that connects students leaving their accommodation with students arriving in their city, making it easy to find suitable housing. In addition, every admitted ESCP student receives a Welcome Pack that includes a full housing guide.

Career Services
The European Careers Center provides many ways for students to develop professionally during their time at the school. These services range from professional self-awareness (goal setting, individual coaching sessions with ESCP Career Advisors for accurate self-assessment, career development workshops, etc.) to career progression and network expansion through a series of events with companies and/or alumni. The career services are fully integrated into the MBA program, with one day per week dedicated to career activities and events.

Of the MBA in International Management Class of 2025 seeking employment, 100% were employed within three months of graduation. Ninety-two percent work in an international environment. The average salary for ESCP graduates was $151,000.
One percent of graduates became entrepreneurs. Consulting and tech took in 15% and 14% of the graduating class, respectively. Fourteen percent entered financial services. The remaining 56% chose other fields, which include automotive, energy, healthcare, luxury, real estate, retail and more.
Financing
The fee for the MBA in International Management 2025 intake is €57,900, while student service and registration costs are €2,600, for a total of €60,500. ESCP Business School offers a range of financing options, as well as scholarships for eligible candidates. ESCP scholarships, grants and discounts are not accumulative; the maximum amount of funding given is €15,000. Candidates can only apply for scholarships once per year.
All applicants to the MBA in International Management are automatically considered for grants. Grants are awarded in varying amounts, as decided by the Admissions Committee. The committee considers key factors such as an applicant’s professional background, personal interview, financial situation, and more. ESCP Grants are awarded at the end of each admission session.
