I studied Computer Science and Economics in school. I chose a role in tech consulting so I could develop a technical skillset while staying close to the business side and have exposure across many industries. I've grown my technology skills over the last 4.5 years and had leadership opportunities along the way mentoring junior team members and communicating with clients and stakeholders. For the last year, I've been managing a team of 10 engineers across multiple engagements. I want to use the MBA to transition into strategy consulting because it will give me the toolkit to understand the business side more deeply and will serve me in my long-term vision of becoming a CTO at a smaller company and eventually starting my own boutique tech consulting firm.
