Showing impact and growth at work, supported by strong recommendations is important. Scaling own firm does also sound impressive.

ameya3400 Likes Earned: 0 Hi - thanks for this. I think i misjudged my GPA while converting it to a Grade Point score. I’ve received an A+ on my Graduation Certificate, and a 8.24/10 GPA - not sure how that translates. I’m a Chartered Accountant from India (ranked in the Top 60 across India when i cleared the exams) I’ve ran a social non-profit organisation from 2015-2018, worked as a member of the social outreach programs at my workplace (Big 4), conducted training sessions at work for 20-25 member cohorts, was a member of the Learning and Development Initiative to create a learning plan for new employees within the team. Sports and Bike-riding journeys are regular hobbies. (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1837 8.24 is very good. If you think you can get your applications together, and in great shape, for Sloan and Fuqua, in Round 1, I’d try to do that. Round 1 May give you some advantages. (1)
