I worked for 2.5 years as a Systems Engineer managing servers at a Fortune 50 company before moving to an IT Administrator position (1 year as of now but will be 2 years by matriculation) where I manage a team of 6 IT specialists. I also run a small ecommerce business on the side with my wife (very small). Hoping to pivot to MBB consulting, before exiting to corporate strategy and leadership.

Outside of work, I spend time with my kids, and enjoy hobbies of fly fishing and running. Because of kids, I have little time for ECs and I am unsure how to frame that in my applications. I did take a sabbatical from undergrad to teach English in Brazil (2 years).

I am shooting for Round 2.

I am unsure what schools to apply for as "Reaches", but targets are currently Darden, Ross, and Fuqua
