Your current score will be below the median of these programs. With a much higher score (more correlated with your 3.8) you might gain access to programs in a higher tier?

Showing impact and growth at work is very important, supported by strong recommendations. Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?

anon46835 Likes Earned: 1 Given the time frame before R2 deadlines, I don't anticipate being able to take again. I messed up a sent the GRE score to my schools so a waiver is out of the picture. I am torn on whether to ride the score or try to submit an additional score post-deadline. (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1855 Yes, you can submit a new score, post submission. While you can’t guarantee it will be reviewed, it’s the best the best approach in this case. Include, in the optional essays, when you plan to retake the GRE. Try to have this scheduled before they’re likely to finalise interview invites. (0)

With the company sponsorship and return offer, I am mostly targeting location, cultural fit, and unique learning opps.
