I began my career in engineering and professional sales, where I developed the skills to lead large-scale projects for global companies, became the top salesperson, and closed the biggest deal of the year. After moving to the United States, I pivoted into real estate and built my own investment company from the ground up. I have achieved a great ROI, raised private capital, and made numerous investments in a short period. In the optional essay, I will address my GPA of 3.3. Outside of work, I have been actively involved in extracurricular activities, serving on the board of three different student clubs during my university years. Today, I continue to build my network by joining big real estate communities, and I have obtained my real estate license. Personal growth through fitness training, pickleball, tennis, golf, and content creation to share my journey in real estate and entrepreneurship.
