grichmond Verified User. Likes Earned: 1448 IB will be a big pivot from your current path, but I get it if you are hoping to push for PE roles. To what extent will banks like your undergrad transcript? Will they find evidence of quantitative coursework there? Does the consulting work you presently perform involve a fair amount of modeling? These little elements could help make the case for the transition you are looking to make. Rec letter will help, as long as referee knows their stuff/has been properly coached by you to understand the process/what schools seek. Wharton might offer a powerful combination of healthcare management course offerings and finance chops to get you where you want to go; I'd reach out to the head of their HCM program and have a conversation.
