I think my biggest challenges are myow GPA and lack of strong extracurriculars during and after college. I know the content of the application matters the most but I'd be happy if you could give me your opinion on what my ceiling is in terms of high-ranked programs based on these.

Impact and growth at work will be very important, supported by strong recommendations. What are your longer term goals, post MBA?

anon9056 Likes Earned: 1 Hi Alex, thank you for your reply first of all. The context basically is that I didn't really care about school during that time. I studied at pretty much the top uni in the country but it seemed like a joke as I was yet to figure out where I wanted my life to go and professional life & furthering my education didn't interest me at all. No additional coursework sadly. I have some impact stories and have received a promotion recently and I am almost guaranteed to get very strong recommendations. In terms of longer term goals, I don't really have it figured out that well yet and I believe my perspective on things is likely to change if I do end up doing consulting post-MBA. (0)

Your superb GMAT helps show you’re very smart and capable of thriving in the MBA curriculum. But the low GPA May point to commitment issues, so you’d need to address that to some degree. Maybe take MBA Math, or similar, now, just to show that commitment?
