I have been following ClearAdmit for some time now. I would love to have your insight on how I can maximize my chances to get an admit into a top MBA program, namely any one of Wharton/Columbia/Booth/HBS/Stern. I am a 30 year old intensivist with no prior finance knowledge/experience. I know it's hard for me to break in at this age so any help you can offer me, even a hard reality check, would be much appreciated. Please note, I am trying to get into Investment Banking directly at an Associate role post MBA. I'm really looking for help in acquiring the necessary skills and crafting a narrative to smoothen this hard pivot into IB.
