Trying to make the Software Engineer -> PM switch!

Biggest concern is that I haven’t had a promotion leading to a role/title change (though I was promoted internally via Microsoft level bump). Also my GPA is slightly below average for my target schools due to a low first semester GPA (writing about this in the optional essay). I’m hoping to lean on impact at work, strong recommendations from current and past supervisor, and GMAT score to help balance these areas.
