anon32999 Likes Earned: 84 Hello Alex! No promotions at my current job - would have been promoted next year but doing the MBA instead. I'm attempting to explain this in my optional information essays. (I did have promotions in previous jobs though) Short-term goal is strategy consulting, long-term goal is to use strategy consulting and finance background to do private equity. (or stay in strategy world) Completed the MS in Finance about 3 years ago. (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1842 Not sure you'd need to explain something that won't be happening (assuming you leave and go to school). As long as you can show a good upward trajectory with prior promotions and switch from previous job. I think your target programs make sense, too! (0)
