Showing impact and growth at work will be really important, backed up by strong recommendations. Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?

acastrucci Likes Earned: 7 Hi! I applied with EA (165 score) and my GPA is from an engineering school in Brazil (7.5/10). For what I’ve heard, the GPA is not so relevant for internationals as for American students. I have no relevant activities outside work, except during my undergrad — with a couple of internships in finance (~1 year duration each) and military service. Hobbies and interests are also highlighted in my resumee too. So far, I received two interview invites from this list, so I believe the overall application is pretty strong. Additionally, Cornell already approved my GMAT waiver. (1)
