Showing impact and growth at work will be very important, supported by strong recommendations. Are you also involved in any activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?

Yes I was city manager for a global NGO (AIESEC), and founded a community to share job opportunities and free resume building advice. I am also very involved with teach for All, giving workshops in Argentina. (0)

If you want to be in the US, post MBA, then US-based MBA programs will serve you better. Perhaps identify 2-3 more, from the top 16, even 1-2 from the M7, if you can elevate the GRE, and your work shows good impact?
