alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1837 The 575 will likely be a liability, so a GMAT waiver may make sense. Have you considered a retake? Any context surrounding the 3.1 undergrad GPA?

Showing impact and growth at work will be very important, supported by strong recommendations. Are you also involved in activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?

For goals, best to target environmental consulting as your focus.
