If you are seeking top tier consulting, you will get those options from all three. But what about long term? Is there a scenario where the HBS network/brand might win out for you? (3)

grichmond Verified User. Likes Earned: 1448 Congrats on these offers! Having been in this spot myself and chosen Wharton, I can't call you crazy. Clearly, it's a personal decision, and if you look at past DW posts over the years, the data suggests that the vast majority of folks in this spot head to HBS. With that said, I think that what gets lost in all of this is that these two SUPERB programs are actually really different. Case method of teaching vs. mix of case, lecture, team projects. Required core vs. waivers. Incredible strategic thinking and C-level management focus vs. outstanding quantitative rigor and international emphasis. And on an on from there. Again, I am wildly biased, having chosen Wharton, but I'd advise you do your due diligence and just make the call that feels right to you. Best of luck!

anon57888 Likes Earned: 73 @alexbr4 and @GRichmond, just heard your podcast on this! Wanted to let you know that I've decided on Wharton! Had to go back to my essays for each school and reflect back on when I was researching schools, Wharton just gave me that gut feeling of "I can't wait to take a class with this professor" or "i can't wait to try this opportunity". Unfortunately I never got that feeling with HBS. (1)
