Question about All Schools

Hi everyone, I interviewed with Yale and Tuck last week. Overall the experiences were great. I sent thank-you letter afterwards; however, I don’t any response from them. Is it usual for interviewers to not respond to those emails? Or is it a bad sign?

Keep in mind that if an interviewer engages in a lot of back and forth that it could potentially compromise the process (by giving you more 'air time' than other candidates). Plus, interviewers don't want to send any false signals; for instance, if they respond to your 'thank you' with a note that says "Thanks! It was great to meet you..." etc. than you may read something into that and so on. And finally, interviewers are busy folks with a lot on their plate. In short, it's super common for there to be no reply, and all you need to do at this juncture is sit tight and hope for the best. Good luck with your Yale and Tuck decisions!
