Applied to just 2 universities and in the final international rounds. Got waitlisted at Owen. Rice decisions are said to come out on 10th. Any advice on how I can do better my chances to get off the waitlist at Owen cause on the work front there really has not been too many changes since I applied (which was last month). I could definitely get in another recommendation letter.
