Question about Stanford GSB

Is Stanford done sending R2 invites? I know they say till Mid-March, but haven't seen anything come up here either since they sent out the update email to all R2 applicants. Any way to find out if they haven't come to my application yet or if it's rejected already? Would mailing the adcom work?

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1855 There’s really no way to find out where your application is, in their review process. Patience is best at this point. I’d assume plenty more invites will be forthcoming. (3)

weirdguy Likes Earned: 9 Stanford typically sends out invites until mid-March and doesn’t release them in large batches like some other schools. It’s best to wait until about two weeks before the decision deadline. If you haven’t received one by then, it’s likely a rejection. (4)

grichmond Verified User. Likes Earned: 1457 @boba - looking at the historical data here in LiveWire (sorting for Haas, R2, interview invites), it looks like they issued them well into early March last year, with several candidates reporting invitations around March 5th/6th, etc.

As such, I wouldn't give up hope just yet...and I'd hang in there until at least the end of the first week of March. Keep in mind that final decisions aren't until March 27th, so there is still a lot of time. (5)
