Showing impact and growth at work will be really important, supported by strong recommendations. 10 years of work experience is at the long end of spectrum. Articulating “why now” will be important, and demonstrating fit for each of your target programs.

I had already shortlisted recommenders who could provide a professional recommendation about my work. Besides all that above, I am also planning to enroll for a pre-MBA course, MBA Maths, and will take up online volunteer work once I am done with the test. (0)
