Worried about transition from a more engineering field to consulting and how the masters impacts admission odds

caramelsamoa Likes Earned: 0 I would like to do a long enough stint in consulting to have exit opportunities into management at a F500 company, specifically anything that the FDA deals with such as Food, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutics. Can't go into too much detail due to the nature of my work but over my 3 years (will be 4 years at matriculation), I've been getting placed on more and more difficult projects where I play a larger role. My manager has stated that they're willing to write a recommendation for me so I'm not too worried on that front. Outside of work, I've consistently been tutoring high school/early college students since my bachelors graduation, I was also doing my masters part time and received the degree this year. I've attained my Engineer in Training License. For hobbies and interests, I rock climb and do photography. (edited) (0)
